GRYPHON INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS TRAINING will create an efficient, professional protective security unit. The focus of the training is on sound security management principles and teaching the protective personnel the skills to provide a safe working and social environment for the person(s) they protect. To ensure positive interaction with the public, the support staff, and the person(s) being protected, emphasis is placed on instructing protective personnel in business demeanor and interpersonal skills.
The GRYPHON INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS TRAINING COURSE is designed to be presented over two to three weeks. It will be composed of classroom sessions and practical exercises based on the requirements of the protective mission. A detailed curriculum is available and will be furnished to the client for discussion and specific tailoring to the client's security requirements.
